The more that James Forster/Mitchell speaks to me, the more obvious it becomes that he is basing himself on Pandora Boxx. (Both in and out of drag.) He’s the perfect mix of self-deprecation and big personality.

I met the author K.A. Mitchell many years ago. Mitchell roped me into reading and then writing fanfiction. M/M fanfiction more specifically. The communication back and forth between fans and other writers warmed my heart, inspired me, and kept me writing. It was those long ago days that made me go from thinking “some day I’ll be a writer” to “hey, maybe I am a writer.”
However, like so many people in the world, I suffer from impostor syndrome and a ridiculous amount of anxiety. So even after all that writing, and all that positive energy, I still believed that it was arrogant to think of myself as a writer and not just another fool with a livejournal account.
Sometimes, if you’re going to make your dreams come true, you need to put your money into it. And that’s what I’m doing. Welcome anyone who stumbles along this site. Thank you, again to K.A. Mitchell. And thank you to Andy Bell of Erasure for inspiring the name of this site.
